Types of Promotions
Automatic website discounts
Automatic website discounts are applied directly to the shopping cart and do not require a code. Automatic site discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional codes or offers and must be redeemed by the published date (if specified).
Promotion codes
Promotional codes include discount codes, voucher codes, redemption codes and other unlisted codes that are valid at checkout. Promotional codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
Additionally, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional codes or offers and must be redeemed by the published date (if stated).
Exclusive discounts/gifts/prizes for members
Member-exclusive discounts/gifts/prizes are limited to SAVIORHEAT members and account login is required prior to use. Member-exclusive discounts/gifts/prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional codes or offers and must be redeemed by the published date, if specified.
Customers can use their points to redeem rewards in the form of voucher codes or free product codes. Once the points have been redeemed, the reward is non-exchangeable and cannot be returned. For detailed terms and conditions for members, see SAVIORHEAT Rewards Program.
E-Gift Card
SAVIORHEAT E-Gift Card is sent through E-mail and can be redeemed for purchase on saviorheat.de at checkout.
E-Gift Card can be used on sales items and multiple E-Gift Cards can be combined together in one order.
Upon redemption, any unused balance will remain on the E-Gift Card for future purchases. E-Gift Card is not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Free gifts
Free gifts are unlocked when you have purchased a certain amount or added a specific item to your shopping cart. Free gifts must be added to the shopping cart with your purchase, otherwise the free gifts will expire.
The amount of free gifts may be deducted from the amount to be refunded if they are not returned to request a full refund.

Restrictions
- The discount applies to the purchase price (excluding shipping, handling and taxes) of the eligible items on saviorheat.de.
- Only one discount/coupon code can be used for one purchase at a time. Discount/coupon codes cannot be combined in one purchase. If you want to use different discount codes, you must separate your orders.
- Any unused difference between the promotional discount amount and the actual purchase price of the items will be forfeited.
- The promotional offer may end at any time and may occur for various reasons such as: B. Inventory restrictions may end earlier than the promotion end date. If the promotional offer is no longer available, it will no longer appear on saviorheat.de.
- SAVIORHEAT reserves the right to suspend, cancel, modify or revoke the promotion at any time.
- Any refund to which you are entitled does not include the Promotion or its redemption value. You will not receive more than the amount you paid for your purchase.
