Return & Exchange Policy
- Clearance items, final sale items and promotional gifts are non-returnable.
- Items must be new, unworn and tags attached to be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
- We reserve the right to investigate and refuse any return if the item is not in its original condition (new and unworn, with tags).
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you request an exchange after 30 days of order delivery, a flat shipping fee will be charged to ship the exchanged item.
Return & Exchange Shipping
- If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping costs. The specific fee should depend on the express company you choose.
- If, for our reasons, the goods received are damaged or incorrect, for this reason the consumer is not obliged to cover the shipping costs.
Process for Returning Goods
- Obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number:
All returns must be accompanied by an RMA number for processing. Contact your dealer or email email@example.com for assistance.
- Write the RMA number on the shipping label on the outside of the package.
RMA numbers should be clearly stated on the return label of every package returned to SAVIORHEAT. Do not write the RMA number on the actual package. Packages without an RMA number on the return label may not be accepted by our warehouse.
Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of purchase. Once the returned item arrives back at the SAVIORHEAT warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

Refund requests for the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee expire 30 days after a guarantee claim is opened. Outside this 30 day window, it is not possible to process a refund request for quality defects. For purchases not made directly through SAVIORHEAT online shops, please contact the retailer for refunds. For quality-related issues, see below.
