Return & Exchange Policy

  • Sale items, sale items and giveaways are excluded from exchange.
  • Items must be new and unworn and the labels must be affixed to be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
  • We reserve the right to check and refuse any return if the item is not in its original condition (new and unworn, with label).
    Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you wish to exchange after 30 days of delivery of the order, a flat shipping fee will be charged for shipping the exchanged item.

Return & Exchange Shipping

  • If the return is caused by the consumer (for example, wrong size selection, etc.), the consumer should be responsible for the shipping cost. The specific fee should be based on your chosen express company.
  • For our reasons, if the goods received are damaged or incorrect, the consumer is not obliged to pay the shipping costs for this reason.

    Process for the return of goods

    -Get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number:

    All returns must be provided with an RMA number for processing. Contact your dealer or email support@saviorheat.de for help.

    -Write the RMA number on the shipping label on the outside of the package.

    RMA numbers should be clearly indicated on the return label of each package returned to SAVIOR HEAT. Do not write the RMA number on the actual package. Packages without an RMA number on the return label may not be accepted by our warehouse.

    Undamaged products can be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. As soon as the returned item returns to the SAVIORHEAT warehouse for inspection, the refund process begins.

    Refund requests for the 30-day Money Back Guarantee expire 30 days after a warranty claim is opened. Outside this 30-day window, it is not possible to process a refund request for quality defects. For purchases that are not directly over SAVIOR HEAT Online stores, please contact the dealer for refunds. Information on quality-related issues is below.

    If you need an exchange, a shipping fee will be charged for shipping the replacement item.
