1. Heated Gloves Questions and Answers

Q1:What material are the heated gloves made of?
Typically, most models are made of 55% polyester, 20% nylon, 20% polyurethane and 5% elastane. Some models may be made of leather or goatskin.

Q2: How is it used?
1. The charger should be fully charged before first use. When the charger indicator changes from red to green, the battery is fully charged.
2. Connect the fully charged battery to the cable in the battery bag next to the gloves, place the battery in the battery bag and cover it.
Put on the gloves, press the power button for 3 seconds for the first time, then briefly press the power button to adjust the temperature. The light changes from red in the advanced stage to white in the middle stage and finally to blue.
4. When the power is exhausted, please take out the battery and use the charger that comes with this product to charge the battery until it is full.

Q3:What is the estimated heating time?
There are three levels of heating decades;
●High: 140-150 F - 2-2.5 H
●Medium: 122-131 F - 3-3.5 H
●Low: 100-113 F - 6-6.5 H

Q4:What is included in the final products？

Q5:How to choose the size?
Try to measure the circumference of the widest palm of your hand, excluding the thumb, then find the right size according to our size chart, if you are between two sizes we recommend choosing a larger one.

Q6 : Are the fingers heated or just the back of the hand?
The heating area includes the entire back of the hand, five fingers and five fingertips.

Q7: Why does the glove only heat up for about 30 minutes and then turn off when I use it for the first time?
Since most batteries are not fully charged, please charge them for about 3-4 hours once you receive them.

Q8:Can I purchase additional batteries?
Of course, we recommend you buy them in our shop as they match our products better.

Q9:Can I machine wash them?
Hand washing is recommended for more safety, just remove the battery during cleaning, if machine washing, then it is recommended to use laundry bag to wash it.

Q10:How is the battery charged?
While charging, remove the battery from the gloves and charge at room temperature with the included charger. Red light means charging. Green light means charging is complete.

Q1:What material are the heated socks made of?
It is made of 80% cotton, 12% polyester and 8% elastane.

Q2:Where are the heating elements located?
The heating elements cover the instep and toe area (instep and toe area) and use far-infrared heating elements, which can stimulate blood circulation.

Q3:How can I use the temperature controller?
It has 3 setting; Just long press the power button for 3 seconds for the first time, and then short press the power button to set the temperature. The light changes from red to white, and finally to blue. Normally, the highest level can work about 6-8 hours, the middle level can work 4-6 hours, and the lowest level can also work 2-4 hours. We suggest you get the battery fully charged before using it.
